This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support.

Required Skillset:

Familiarity with elevator maintenance tools and equipment.
Strong understanding of technical systems and operations.
Solid knowledge of mechanical systems, signalization, and electronic components.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both end users and engineers, helping to diagnose problems and suggest solutions.
Proficiency in IT applications, preferably with experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
