About the Job

The job involves attending inbound customer service request calls and creating service requests in the system.
Diagnoses and resolves customer complaints to the satisfaction of customers. The issues could be related to hardware and software.
The role involves understanding the tools and resources, including remote tools, to accomplish the tasks.

Responsibilities

Attends inbound customer calls and understand the issues
Creates service requests in the system for tracking purpose
Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves the hardware or software issues
Uses remote tools and resources available for solving the issues
Escalates to higher levels when resolution could not be found.
Documents all activities.
Importance should be given to customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications Required
