Responsibilities:

Candidate will be required to thoroughly learn the product and its associated source code assigned to you by your teams.
Work in a fully efficient development environment to research/ design/ code/ unit test/ build/ troubleshoot Protegrity products.
Candidate will need to develop a very good understanding of the overall architecture of the product and be a valued member of an autonomous, cross-functional in multiple time zones agile team
Candidate will be involved in developing & maintaining the product artifacts across product releases including but not limited to the design/architecture, source code, Unit tests, Build Scripts & Devops pipelines.
Candidate should be able to assist in the rollout of software releases and provide required help on continuous integration

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good at computer science concepts
Familiarity to operating system like Unix & Windows
Should have background to application programming and systems
Good understanding of software lifecycle from curriculum subjects
Strong willingness to research and explore technologies in and around the product.
Should have good knowledge of curriculum and related subjects

Desired Skills

Hands on with Linux Shell Scripting
Hands on with writing code/scripts using Java/Python or any other programming language.
Having background to modern computing concepts like Cloud, Containerization (Preferred with a knowledge of any of the cloud providers AWS/GCP/Azure)
Familiarity to containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of basic networking concepts, TCP/IP and Sockets
Background/interest to cryptography and information security concepts
