Salary:

Consolidated salary (per month): Rs. 50000/- per month

Educational Qualification:

MBBS from a recognized University or Institution from an institution recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Registered with Punjab Medical Council/ Medical Council of India.

Preference will be given to candidates with 6 months house job in Obstetrics & Gynecology and trained in MTP from a registered MTP training centre.

Candidates should have passed subject of Punjabi upto Matric standard. If the candidate has not passed Punjabi upto Matric, he will be given 6 months time to pass the subject.

Out of total 190 vacant posts, 104 posts are for Medical Officer (Labour Room) in various Mother & Child Hospital in the State. Preference will be given to candidates with 6 months house job in Obstetrics & Gynecology and trained in MTP from a registered MTP training centre for the post of Medical Officer (Labour Room).

Age: (as on 1^st Jan 2021)

The candidates should have a maximum age of 37 years. Age relaxation will be as per Punjab State Government norms.

Job Nature:

All posts will be on contract basis initially for one year.
