As an Operations Engineer, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team focused on ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of our company’s systems and infrastructure.
Your primary responsibility will be to monitor, maintain, and optimize our systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Monitor the performance and availability of our systems, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may impact reliability or user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including platform engineers and development teams, to implement and maintain scalable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
Develop and maintain automation tools and processes to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures.
Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations.
Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance our infrastructure and operational processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in system administration, network operations, or a similar role.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
