• Graduate or PG with no arrears
• No BE / BTECH/ MCS/MCA / MTECH/ Diploma will not be entertained.

Experience:

• 0-1year experience

Shift: US Shifts (Night Shift)

Skills:

• Good knowledge in MS-Office
• Good Communication, analytical and reporting skills.
• Should be able to understand the Client Requirements and should know to create SOP’s individually as customer specific
• Ability to think dynamic, diligently and able to relate the process procedures transitioned with business logics

• Process and manage sales orders received via emails in ERP system
• Collaborate with customer ops team to clarify order requirements and address discrepancies.
• Validate order details for accuracy
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays or changes
• Generate Reports in SAP, Oracle.
• Do Analysis on Critical Reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
