About the team:
You will be part of the core team handling the Talent Acquisition product line, which is the flagship product of Eightfold. Technical contributions will span across the entire tech stack and will help in adding exciting new capabilities to the product and handle customer facing requests. What you will learn to do:
- Develop robust, scalable, and configurable applications and modules with an emphasis on quality, performance, design, and re-usability.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and the rest of Engineering to iterate and enhance our product
- Prototype new ideas and iterate toward the ideal user experience
- Participate in technical discussions and plans to improve our overall software quality
What we look for :
- A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development. (brownie points for an experience in Python and ReactJS)
- Passionate about designing, building, launching, and maintaining products
- Cares about the details in the user experience
- Communicates and collaborates effectively across teams.
