• Scientific Assistant/B (Group B post) – Level 6 in the Pay Matrix-Entry pay: Rs.35400 plus DA and other allowances
• Technician/B (Group C post) – Level 3 in the Pay Matrix-Entry pay: Rs.21700 plus DA and other allowances

Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age (years):

• Technical Officer/C: SC – 40; OBC – 38;
• Scientific Assistant/B: SC – 30; ST – 35/30; OBC – 33; EWS – 30; UR – 30;
• Technician/B: SC – 25; ST – 30/25; OBC – 28; EWS – 25; UR – 25; For PWD Candidates: SC – 35; ST – 40; OBC – 38; EWS – 35; UR – 35;

Qualification:

• Technical Officer/C – B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 60 % marks.
• Scientific Assistant/B – Diploma in Engineering in concerned discipline with a minimum of 60% marks (3 years after S.S.C. OR 2 years after H.S.C)
• Technician/B – Minimum 60% marks in SSC (with Science and Maths) plus Trade Certificate in concerned discipline
