2^nd Year (After Training): Assistant Manager E1 grade

Pay Scale: Rs. 40000-3%-140000

Starting monthly salary: Rs. 112181 /-

Annual CTC (approx.): 13 Lakhs

Qualification:

1) Civil (2 posts)

Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 65% marks

2) Electrical (19 posts)

Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 65% marks

3) Electronics (2 posts)

Degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum of 65% marks     

4) Mechanical (37 posts)

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 65% marks

 5) Naval Architecture (6 posts)

Degree in Naval Architecture with minimum of 65% marks

 6) Information Technology (2 posts)

Essential: Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum of 65% marks

Desirable: Valid Certification from reputed agencies / organizations on Programming Language / DBMS/ Networking/ ERP Systems.

7) Human Resource (2 posts)

Degree with minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University

AND

Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent OR

Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations

OR

Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.

The upper age limit is 27 years.

Start Date for online submission of applications: 06.10.2021

Last Date for online submission of applications: 27.10.2021

Selection Process:

The selection process consists of two phases.

Phase-I: Objective Type Online Test (60 marks)

Phase-II: Group Discussion (GD), Writing Skills and Personal Interview (40 marks)

The Phase I Online test shall be held at various test centres in Kerala.

The Objective Type Online test shall be tentatively scheduled in third week of November 2021. The Phase-II shall be held at CSL, Kochi.

Merit lists shall be prepared on the basis of marks secured by candidates in the online test.

Based on the marks secured by the candidates in the online test, the candidates shall be short listed for the certificate verification / Phase-II (Group Discussion, Writing Skills and Personal Interview).
