Salary:

Scale of Pay: Scale II – Rs. 48170 – (1740/1) – 49910 – (1990/10) – 69810 plus allowances

Scale of Pay: Scale III – Rs. 63840 – (1990/5) – 73790 – (2220/2) – 78230 plus allowances

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in the aggregate of all semesters / years (55% for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD). Passing of JAIIB & CAIIB is desirable.

Professional qualification like CA / CMA / CFA from a recognized University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.

Experience:

Generalist Officer MMGS Scale – II: Post qualification Work Experience of 3 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. Experience in Credit related areas / Branch Head / Incharge is preferable.

Generalist Officer MMGS Scale III: Post qualification Work Experience of 5 years as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank. The candidate should have minimum one-year experience as Branch Manager / Head out of five years. Experience in Credit related areas / In charge of Specialized Verticals is preferable.

Age Limit:

Generalist Officer MMGS Scale – II: Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years.

Generalist Officer MMGS Scale III: Minimum 25 years and Maximum 38 years.

Age relaxation for reserved category candidates will be as per Government guidelines.
