Educational Qualification:

Academic: Bachelor’s Degree

Technical Qualification: The shortlisted candidates have to pass the Computer Proficiency Test conducted by District Collector before appointment.

Age:

Minimum 18 years & Maximum 42 years as on 01/07/2021.

SC, ST, BCs and EWS category candidates: 5 years

Physically Handicapped persons: 10 years

Ex-Service men and N.C.C. (who have worked as Instructor in N.C.C.): Shall be allowed to deduct from his age a period of 3 years in addition to the length of service rendered by him in the armed forces / NCC.

A.P. State Government Employees: Allowed to deduct from their age the length of regular Service under State Government up to a maximum of five years for the purposes of the maximum age limit.

Salary:

Scale of Pay of Rs.16,400/- to 49,870/-

How to Apply?

• Candidate applying for the first time for any notification has to first fill the OTPR application carefully to obtain OTPR ID.
• The applicant has to Login the Commission’s website with the user name (OTPR ID) and the Password set by candidate. After Login, the applicant has to click on the “Online Application Submission” present in the bottom right corner of the Commission’s website.
• The applicant now has to click on the payment link against the notification number that he wants to apply and make the payment. Once the payment is successful, payment reference ID is generated.
• After the fee payment is successful, the applicant is directed to the application form. Then application needs to be filled and submitted online.

Selection Process:

The selection process consists of the following steps:

• Screening Test
• Main Examination
• Computer Proficiency Test (Proficiency in Office Automation with usage of Computer and Associated Software)

The tests will be of Bachelor’s Degree Standard.

Group – IV Screening Test (Objective Type)

Section – A: General Studies & Mental Ability – 100 marks

Section – B: General English & General Telugu (25 marks each & SSC Standard) – 50 marks

Total marks in Screening Test: 150 marks

Group – IV Main Examination (Objective Type)

Paper-I General Studies & Mental Ability – 150 marks

Paper-II General English & General Telugu (75 marks each & SSC Standard) – 150 marks

Total marks in Main Examination: 300 marks

Computer Proficiency Test:

Computer Proficiency Test (Qualifying Test) will be held for eligible candidates in the ratio of 1:2 with reference to total number of vacancies notified.

Application Fee:

Candidate must pay Rs. 250/- towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- towards Examination Fee.

However the following category candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee of Rs.80/-:

• SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men
• Families having household supply white card issued by Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government. (Residents of Andhra Pradesh)
• Un-employed youth
