The Must Haves:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science with 8 CGPA & Above
85% & above in secondary and twelfth grade
0-1 years of professional software development experience
Strong, object-oriented design and coding skills
Experience with crafting highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mind
Proven software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development
Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational and Graph databases
Ability to work in an Agile environment
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

Highly desirable but not mandatory assets:

Familiar with building sophisticated web applications using Angular, Java and Spring, Kafka
Knowledge of Scala, Python programming language
Knowledge of development tools such as Git, Jira, Bitbucket
Familiarity with CI frameworks such as Jenkins, Grafana, Docker, Kubernetes
