Roles & Responsibilities: – Manage service desk operations and ensure timely resolution of issues related to service requests and incidents. – Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to critical business systems. – Maintain documentation of support activities, including incident reports, service requests, and knowledge base articles.
