Job Purpose
- The Associate Engineer I will assist in monitoring, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure solutions to support our customers.
- You will work under the supervision of more senior team members to analyze business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of operations and infrastructure services.
Essential Functions
- Systems management, reporting and monitoring of infrastructure and cloud services
- Manage the network/telecom/compute and O365 environment, including provisioning, configuration, and administration of services utilizing ITIL processes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training and support
- Participate in project planning, testing, and deployment strategies and activities
