Job Description & Summary

A career within Data and Analytics services will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations uncover enterprise insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics.
As part of our Data Science and Machine Learning team, you will design, build, and optimize systems for data collection, storage, access, and analytics at scale.
This includes Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence Model Design and Construction, responsible for developing, programming and training the complex networks of algorithms that make up Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to develop applications and systems.
You will work on client engagements related to research and development across a wide range of domains including understanding and improving Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence, addressing bias and fairness in algorithms, embodied and interactive solutions on GCP, Azure and AWS.

B.Tech./B.E./Master’s Degree from reputed institute(s) – IIT/NIT/BITS

Successful candidates will have demonstrated the following skills and characteristics:
Experience in analyzing complex problems and translating them to data science algorithms with due attention to computational efficiency and testing at scale
Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
Experience working with and creating data architectures.
Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, Natural Language processing, etc.
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
Worked on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its Cloud native ML services like Vertex AI, Big query ML, Auto ML, Kubeflow
Experience in developing MlOps pipelines for Continuous Training and Evaluation with frameworks like Kubeflow, Airflow, TFX
Prior experience of having worked in consulting/product/analytics environment
Team player and demonstrated ability to work effectively across various internal organizations and international teams
Certified with GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer.

Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust.
Engage well with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them to analytical solutions
Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
Required to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities; ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguous requirements
Manage the continuous improvement of data science and machine learning by following industry best practices.
