Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team developing company’s next-generation AI platform while improving the current AI-enhanced products.
• Contribute to enhancement of Cloud Services via analysis, exploration and optimization.
• Contribute to algorithmic development and optimization in the areas of text analytics, NLP, data mining and data collection.
• Assist in developing and prototyping technologies for providing analytics from call center interactions.
• Actively participate in designing experiments to measure system performance.
