Programmer Grade II:

Pay Scale: Rs.9300- 34800/- Grade Pay- 4600 Matrix Level-7

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or Bachelor Degree with ‘A’ level certificate from DOE
• Candidate should have complete knowledge in software development in Oracle/ ingreess/ cybase, D.B./2 etc/and C/ C-Foxpro, RDBMS use of equipments in Dos/ Unix windows base active environment.
• Candidates should have Knowledge of networking environment like Novel and Windows NT etc.
• Complete knowledge of office automation packages and internet.

Computer Operator Grade ‘B’:

Pay Scale: Rs.5200- 20200/- Grade Pay- 2800 Matrix Level-5

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or Bachelor Degree with ‘O’ level certificate from DOE
• Candidates should have knowledge of Data Entry in Hindi and English on various Softwares such as M.S. Office/ Lotus/ Smart suite etc in Dbase/ Unix/ windows. .
• Candidates should have knowledge of Exposure of Networking on Novell and Windows NT.
• Candidates should have 25 words and 40 words per minute speed of type writing in Hindi and English.

Manager (System):

No. of post: 1

Pay Scale: Rs.15600- 39100/- Grade Pay- 5400

Essential Qualification:

Candidates should have Degree in Computer Application.  

Age Limit: (as on 1^st July 2021)

Candidates should have minimum age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years as on 01.07.2021.

There will be relaxation in upper age limit as per Government norms.

Selection Process:

The selection will be based on written examination and interview for the posts of Programmer Grade-2 and Manager (System).

For the post of Computer Operator Grade-B along with written examination, there will be a test on Hindi – English typewriting.

FAQ

1)    What is last date for submission of application?

The last date for the receipt of application fee online at the bank: 29.11.2021. The application can be submitted online on or before 3^rd December 2021.

2)    Is it required to send the hard copy of the online application?

Yes. Candidates must send hard copies of their online applications along with attested copies of all the required certificates. UPPSC will publish a separate press communiqué soon.

3)       Is there any preferential qualification for this recruitment?

Yes. Preference will be given to candidates who has:

• served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period two years

OR

• obtained a ‘B’ certificate of National Cadet Corps.

4)    Is it possible to modify / correct errors in the submitted application?

Yes. Candidates will be given only one chance to modify or correct the already submitted application.

5)    Can the candidate apply offline by sending the filled application with enclosures to UPPSC office?

No. Candidates have to apply only through online mode.
