Dy. Manager (Personnel)	PG Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce. Minimum 3 years experience.
Assistant	PG Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce. Minimum 3 years experience.
Jr. Assistant	12th Pass and Speed of 30 WPM in Typing (English/Hindi).

Selection Process:

For Assistant General Manager (Pers.)/ Manager (Proj.)/ Dy. Manager (Pers.):

There will be a Personal Interview for the shortlisted candidates.

For Assistant/ Jr. Assistant:

There will be a Computer based test (CBT).

For Jr. Assistant post, candidates have to a typing test with a minimum speed of 30 wpm in English/Hindi.
