Qualification:

The educational qualification required is Post Graduate Degree with 3 years of experience in teaching or research or in relevant industry.

Pay Scale:

The selected candidates will be placed on Pay Level-10 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix. The starting salary will be with basic Pay Rs. 56,100/- plus other allowances as per Central Government.

Job Nature:

The job will be on contract basis for five years (with possibility of regularization based on performance).

Selection Procedure:

The selection process consists of Written Test, Presentation and Interview.

The Written Test has two parts:

• Part-I (maximum 50 marks) -General Ability, Communication Ability, General Awareness, Analytical Ability, Test of Reasoning, Data Interpretation.
• Part-II (maximum 50 marks) -Professional Aptitude (in concerned competency)

Candidates, who have cleared the Written Test, will be called for a presentation/ class room Lecture/ Demonstration before a group of faculty on a topic given an hour earlier.

They will also have to appear for interview before the Selection Committee.

Application Fee:

Candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs. 1180/- (Rs.1000/- plus GST 18% i.e. Rs. 180/-) through online payment.

SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates and employees of NIFT (both regular and on long term contract) need not pay any application fee.
