Qualification:

Management Trainee: B.E/ B.Tech in concerned discipline with 60% marks

Management Trainee (Admin/ HR): Degree Preferably in Engg/ Physical Science and 2 years post graduate degree in MA(IR&PM)/ MSW(IR&PM)/MBA (HR) or equivalent

Assistant Manager (Materials Management): 60% of marks in BE/B.Tech and MBA Preferably in Materials Management / PG Diploma in Materials Management. Degree in law preferred. Should have minimum 2 years of experience.

Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication): 55% of marks in Graduation and Diploma in Public Relations / Journalism / Mass Communication with a minimum of 6 years of experience

Assistant Manager (Medical): MBBS with registration in any State or Indian National Medical Council with a minimum of 2 years of experience

Assistant Manager (IT): 60% of marks in BE/B.Tech – Computer Science / Electronics and Communications with a minimum of 2 years of experience

Manager – Automation: 60% marks in BE/B.Tech in Electrical/ Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication Engg. with a minimum of 7 years of experience

Manager – Mechanical: 60% marks in BE/B.Tech – Mechanical with a minimum of 7 years of experience

Upper age limit: (as on last date of advertisement. i.e. 01.01.2022)

For Manager post the upper age limit is 40 years.

For all other posts the age limit is 30 years.

Age relaxation for reserved category candidates will be as per Government norms.

Salary:

Management Trainee and Assistant Manager:

Scale of Pay (IDA pattern): Rs.40,000-3%- 1,40,000

CTC per annum (approx.):  Rs.9 to 31.6 Lakhs

Manager:

Scale of Pay (IDA pattern): Rs.60,000-3%- 1,80,000

CTC per annum (approx.):  Rs.13.5 to 40.7 Lakhs

Selection Procedure:

The screening process for Management Trainees will be Written Test and Interview.

For Assistant Manager and Manager posts, the selection will be through interview. However, if the numbers of applicants are more, there may be a written test.

There will be an application fee of Rs.100/-.

There is no fee for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD/ ESM categories.
