Salary:

Sr. Resident – As per 7^th CPC Pay Matrix Level – 11 (Rs.67,700 – 2,08,700 pm) and allowances

Junior Resident – As per 7^th CPC Pay Matrix Level – 10 (Rs.56,100 – 1,77,500 pm) and allowances

Qualification:

Sr. Resident – Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB)/ Diploma in the concerned specialty.

For Sr. Resident (Emergency Laboratory) – Post Graduate Degree (MD/DNB) in Pathology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Laboratory Medicine

Junior Resident – MBBS or equivalent

Age Limit:

Upper age limit is 40 years (relaxable for upto 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PWD candidates).
