Grade B: Pay Scale – Rs.70,000 – 2,00,000/-; Cost To Company (CTC) – 23.53 Lakhs
Grade C: Pay Scale – Rs.80,000 – 2,20,000/-; Cost To Company (CTC) – 26.90 Lakhs
Grade E: Pay Scale – Rs.1,00,000 – 2,60,000/-; Cost To Company (CTC) – 36.02 Lakhs
Grade F: Pay Scale – Rs.1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-; Cost To Company (CTC) – 44.67 Lakhs

Educational Qualification:

Ph.D. in concerned discipline
M.E./M.Tech. in relevant discipline

Age Limit:

Chief Manager / Deputy General Manager (Grade E/F) – 45/ 50 years
Assistant Manager / Manager (Grade B/C) – 34/ 36 years (1/3 years of experience); 33/ 36 years (3/5 years of experience)
Senior Officer (Grade A) – 32/27 years

Age relaxation will be as per Government guidelines.

Minimum Experience:

Chief Manager / Deputy General Manager (Grade E/F) – 12 to 17 years
Assistant Manager / Manager (Grade B/C) – 1 to 5 years
