Qualification:

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Law.
• Candidate will have to pass the Gujarati language proficiency test. Candidates who have cleared their secondary as well as higher secondary examination with subject of Gujarati (Higher Level at both stages), need not pass this examination
• Candidates must be practicing as an Advocate in Courts of Civil and / or Criminal Jurisdiction as on 02.03.2022 OR must be working in the Courts or other Allied Departments.

Age Limit:

The candidates belonging to General Category must not have crossed the age of 35 years.

Relaxation in age limit for reserved categories will be as per Government guidelines.
