Qualification:

Management Trainee: Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) / Chartered Accountants (CA). MBA/ PGDBA course should be of a minimum 2-year full time duration, with a specialisation in Finance
Manager (Law): Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 6 years of experience
Manager (Information Technology): BE/ BTech/ MCA/ Any Graduation Course with a Post Graduate degree in Computer Science with 6 years of experience

Pay Scale:

Management Trainees will be absorbed in Grade/Scale Junior Management (JM I) as Deputy Manager, after successful completion of training period for one year in the Bank. A monthly stipend of ` 55,000/- will be paid during the period of training. The current CTC of Deputy Manager works out to ₹ 17.00 lakh per annum approximately
The pay band for Managers (MM-II) will be Rs.48170 -1740 – 49910 -1990 – 69810/-
