• Typewriting (English) on computer – 40 w.p.m.
• Good working knowledge of computer

Senior Personal Assistant:

• Graduate
• Shorthand (English) speed – not less than 110 w.p.m.
• Typewriting (English) on computer – 40 w.p.m.
• Good working knowledge of computer

Age Limit: (As on 01.01.2023)

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Relaxation in upper age limit will be as per Government norms.

Pay Scale:

• Personal Assistant: Group ‘B’ 7^th Level of Pay Matrix of 7^th CPC
• Senior Personal Assistant: Group ‘B’ 8^th Level of Pay Matrix of 7^th CPC

Selection Procedure:

• Stage I: English Typing Test
• Stage II: English Shorthand Tests
• Stage III: Main (Descriptive) Examination
• Stage IV: Interview
