BE/ BTech in Mechanical / Production/ Automobile/ Electronic & Communications/ Civil
BE/ BTech with Diploma in Fire & Safety.
BE/ BTech/ MCA
Inter CA/Inter CMA
Graduate with Two years full time MBA (HR/IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR) / Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations of 2 yrs., full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations

Salary:

Management Trainee – Technical: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
Management Trainee – HR: Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
Junior Executive: 1st Year – Rs.28,000, 2nd Year – Rs.31,000, 3rd Year – Rs.34,000
