• Technicians: 10th + ITI + 1 year Apprenticeship OR 10th + NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate course) [Electronic Mechanic, Fitter, Electrical, Draughtsman (Mechanical)]
• Junior Assistants: BCom/ BBM

Pay Scale:

• Engineering Assistant Trainees: Rs.24,500 – 90,000/- + allowances
• Technicians: Rs.21,500 – 82,000/- + allowances
• Junior Assistants: Rs.21,500 – 82,000/- + allowances
