Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), Vijayawada has issued notification for the recruitment to the post of Executive Officer Grade-III in A.P. Endowments Sub-Service.

Candidates who profess Hindu Religion only are eligible to apply to the Executive Officer Grade-III.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.

Candidates shall profess Hindu Religion.

Age:

Minimum 18 years & Maximum 42 years as on 01/07/2021.

SC, ST, BCs and EWS category candidates: 5 years

For SC/ST CF. vacancies (Limited): 10 years

Physically Handicapped persons: 10 years

Ex-Service men and N.C.C. (who have worked as Instructor in N.C.C.): Shall be allowed to deduct from his age a period of 3 years in addition to the length of service rendered by him in the armed forces / NCC.

A.P. State Government Employees: Allowed to deduct from their age the length of regular Service under State Government up to a maximum of five years for the purposes of the maximum age limit.

Salary:

Scale of pay of Rs.16,400/- to 49,870/-

How to Apply?

Candidate applying for the first time for any notification has to first fill the OTPR application carefully to obtain OTPR ID.
The applicant has to Login the Commission’s website with the user name (OTPR ID) and the Password set by candidate. After Login, the applicant has to click on the “Online Application Submission” present in the bottom right corner of the Commission’s website.
The applicant now has to click on the payment link against the notification number that he wants to apply and make the payment. Once the payment is successful, payment reference ID is generated.
After the fee payment is successful, the applicant is directed to the application form. Then application needs to be filled and submitted online.

Selection Process:

The selection to this recruitment notification will be based on the Merit in the Main Examination.

The Commission conducts Screening test, in case applicants exceed 200 times the number of vacancies notified.

Screening Test:

The Screening Test is a Written Exanimation (Objective type) of Bachelor’s Degree Standard.

Section –A General Studies and Mental Ability: 50 marks

Section –B Hindu Philosophy & Temple System: 100 marks

Total: 150 marks

Main Examination:

The Main Examination is also a Written Exanimation (Objective type) of Bachelor’s Degree Standard. It has two papers.

Paper-I General Studies and Mental Ability: 150 marks

Paper-2 Hindu Philosophy & Temple System: 150 marks

Total: 300 marks

Application Fee:

Candidate must pay Rs. 250/- towards application processing fee and Rs 80/- towards Examination Fee.

However the following category candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee of Rs.80/-:

SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men
Families having household supply white card issued by Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government. (Residents of Andhra Pradesh)
